ABOUT LESEAN
The Liverpool East and South East Asian Network (LESEAN) was formed out of urgency, by Sufea Mohammed Noor as a safer space in September 2021 to mark the first East and South East Asian Heritage Month in the UK.
The network is a support group for listening, sharing, healing and helping. We are made up of creative practitioners from Liverpool (and the surrounding area), of those who are based here, or of those with a profound connection to this wonderful city. Our mission is to increase the visibility of our representation and voices in Liverpool and the UK through our creativity and community.
